Rural Community Building Loan Fund
The Rural Community Building Fund is now closed.
The loan fund is to help community buildings to complete re-building or refurbishment works, where there are temporary gaps in funding. This could be for urgent works, or when funds have been secured but not yet released.
Please email Dick@wern.org.uk and ask for a Rural Community Buildings Loan Fund application pack.
The West of England Rural Network will support you through the application process, submit and endorse the application on your behalf. Loans of up to £20,000 are usually available; larger amounts will be considered, particularly where needed as bridging finance.
