We are now in our fourteenth year of delivering this service across the Chew Valley, Somer Valley, Cam Valley and surrounding villages. In early 2022 we were able to add Peasedown St John, Combe Down and Foxhill and villages in Bathavon North and South.

Please note that we do not cover Keynsham or central Bath at this time. For those areas please call the Community Wellbeing Hub on 0300 2470050. The triage team will direct you toward the appropriate service for your enquiry.

Village Agents work in collaboration with many other organisations and local services to ensure people have a wider choice of options for day to day life. This video is the story of John and Ursula and how meeting their Village Agent, Chantal, changed their outlook and future. This was a project with The Community Wellbeing Hub.
